OHSL Clubs
Please note that there will be no clubs held during the first week back after Easter. We will provide a new OHSL Club timetable for children to select new clubs they wish to experience.

National Testing Period

Children in Y2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 will be participating in the National Reading, Procedural and Reasoning Tests during the Wednesday 2nd May – Friday 11th May period. Please ensure that your child is attending school every day so that they have the best possible chance of reaching their full potential. These classes will all have opportunities to look through past papers and examples with the teacher during the weeks leading up to the tests which will be very valuable time for your child.

If you are able to make contributions to our Foodbank collection you will find the basket in the school foyer. We would like donations of any non-perishable items. Before Christmas we collected 32Kg of items to donate and only 15.8Kg this term. We are aiming to beat our previous 32Kg effort at the end of Summer Term!

Spice Credits video

Our School Council have created a video to explain to parents/carers what the "Spice Time Credits" scheme is all about at our school, including how to earn credits, what sort of events we are offering and how the credits can be used. To view the video, please visit our YouTube channel via the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB1olE3it5Q or search for 'YouTube Maendy Primary' on Google.
